How do I pay?
After choosing a plan you will be redirected to our payment processor, Stripe, where you'll be able to securley enter your payment information. If you need to finish checkout please go back through the quote process or reach out to help@ladyloo.net
How do you bill?
We bill weekly on Sunday. If you signed up on a day that wasn't Sunday we will move future billings to Sunday. If payment is not received you'll be removed from the service scheduled until the issue is resolved. We'll be sure to reach out!
What time will you be at my home?
With respect to scheduling, we are unable to provide a timeframe for your scoop day. We work just like the garbage men and provide a service day. This also helps keep our rates low for you! Our routes run from around 7:30 a.m. to dark. For the Weekly Clean Guarantee you will always receive notice via text when we are on the way. We provide about 30 minutes’ notice so you are properly informed of our arrival. If you are at the beginning of our route, you will likely receive a 15-30 minute on-the-way text. We don’t want to bother you early in the morning before most are awake. Your scoop day will be the same day each week. If your service day ever changes, we will always communicate with you in advance.
Do I have to be home when you clean?
No, you do not have to be home when we clean. We simply ask for easy access to your gate.
Do you disinfect your equipment to prevent the spread of germs?
Yes! Safety is the top priority here at Lady Loo. We disinfect all of our shoes and equipment with a kennel-grade disinfectant to prevent the spread of germs.
Do you have insurance?
Yes! Insurance brings a level of peace of mind. We are fully insured by Pet Sitters Association - Our Policy Number is 3ED4169
How big can the yard be?
We inlude up to 1/8 acre into our standard biling which covers the vast majority of needs. If we arrive to your property and determine the yard is to large we will contact you to discuss any additional cost. A refund will be offered if the new quote is rejected.
Do you service during bad weather?
We will perform services in any weather as long as it is safe enough for our technicians to perform the service. If there is a reason we cannot perform service such as a severe storm then we will let you know as soon as we can!
Do you take the waste away?
All plans start with the waste in the home owners garbage can. If the garbage can is not out we will double bag the waste and set it next to the gate. If you want us to take the waste please reach out! Customers can add the service for a small fee by request.
My yard couldn't be serviced. What happens now?
We always strive to maintain the best customer experience. If something is preventing service we will reach out right away and see if we can resolve the problem. If the problem can't be resolved we will notify you that the service was not completed. Lady Loo is unable to offer refunds when it relates to the customers service area such as an aggressive dog, access to the yard, or similar situations. We will be back on your next service day and be sure everything gets cleaned up!
What if I don't need service this week?
If you don't need service, just reach out at least 24 hours in advance of your service day! We will cancel the service. If you were already billed, we will credit your account and make the next service free!
